Many thanks for prompt response to measure and quote and professional installation. The installation included new doors and motors as the old doors were installed too close to each other and no motors could be fitted. Out of eight companies I contacted only two sent their reps to inspect the site and you were the only one that had right motors to fit.

As you know my new carport door was installed last Monday and it was my pleasure to have Trevor and his young offsider install the door in an efficient and professional manner. Left me with no doubt that your best men had installed my door with a minimum of fuss or mess left behind.
Also, thanks for suggesting and including the back up battery which is excellent as we wait for my electrician to supply power to the carport. Seems to work for 5-6 cycles before needing re-charging so it's a good investment to have if you need to use the door in a black out.

Tom, the technician attending the job, was excellent. I highly recommend his expertise.
What looked like an impossible problem to solve was expertly solved and restored by Tom, putting a manual keyed release into a remote controlled garage door which had become jammed and inactive only days before.
Tom had to spend a great deal of time hand sawing through a reinforced steel strut in order to free the garage door so that it would open and thereby allow the installation of a manual keyed release.
He did this smoothly, meticulously, and professionally. His ability and expert professionalism is greatly appreciated.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank, in particular, Michael Wright who came and provided a quote for our Villa complex's Electric Meter Box doors.
After first measuring and quoting I had to ask him to come out again because of Energy Australia's additional special requirements. He was extremely helpful, polite and professional when, once again, having to remeasure etc. After going to all that trouble, he then advised that he could not meet Energy Australia's requirements.
It’s unfortunate that I cannot pass on the quote to our Committee; however, I would certainly recommend both Michael and your company to others. It was a pleasure meeting and dealing with Michael.

Please accept our thanks and appreciation for remaining involved and civil to us through the months of nuisance in the dealings over our defective door operations.
Your team seemed to get things done quite quickly yesterday and indicated they saw no need to re-tension the door any further. They were great and managed to complete the job without fully removing the weather-proof cover.
The new model motor, to us non-technical people, seems to handle the operation of the roller door with ease. Its features for a "soft" finish also add to the impression of its suitability for the task.
I mean this in the nicest way, but I hope I never need to call Auto Lift again, except for the annual service which I understand the Owner’s Manual indicates should be done by an authorized group.

Just a short note to let you know that we were very impressed with the service that Scott Caddy recently provided to us.
